Monday morning I had Mien Cá. It was an amazing meal. Take random fish fillets, coat them in a floury-tumeric batter, fry them. Get those and throw them in an amazing dill-based broth, with tofu and glass noodles amongst other unnamed herbs, and you have one of my favourite meals so far. All for the paltry sum of 23,000d or about $US1.10. Ah-mazing and easily deserved of it’s own exclusive Blog of Nugen post.
